PAYMENT POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At Artherium, we strive to offer you a secure, fast, and convenient checkout experience. All standard transactions are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

• Value Added Tax: All prices listed in the shop for Swiss deliveries include the statutory Swiss Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated (for example, for registered Business-to-Business accounts with valid Value Added Tax identification numbers).
• Security & Processing: We use Stripe, a globally certified Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 Service Provider, to process your payments securely. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; all payment data is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe to ensure maximum security.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We currently offer the following payment options.

2.1. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure Stripe integration, including:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• JCB
• Diners Club
• Union Pay
• Maestro

How it works: Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order. This ensures that your items are reserved and can be sent to dispatch without delay.

• Three-Domain Secure Authentication: For your protection, transactions may require Three-Domain Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / MasterCard Identity Check).

2.2. Apple Pay & Google Pay

For a fast mobile or desktop checkout, we accept digital wallet payments powered by Stripe.

• How it works: You can pay directly using the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account. Authentication is handled via your device (Facial Identification, Touch Identification, or Passcode).

2.3. Prepayment (Bank Transfer)

We offer classic bank transfer prepayment for customers who prefer not to use online payment services.

• How it works: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation electronic mail containing our banking details (International Bank Account Number and Bank Identifier Code) and your Order Number.
• Payment Deadline: Please transfer the full invoice amount within 7 days.
• Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched only after the payment has been credited to our bank account. Depending on your bank, this can take 1 to 3 business days.
• Note: If payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

3.1. Currency

The contract currency is Swiss Francs (CHF). If you are paying with a card or bank account denominated in a different currency (for example, United States Dollars, Great Britain Pounds, or Euros), your payment provider will automatically convert the amount.

• Fees: Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may charge foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees. Rave Painter's Shop Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung has no influence over these fees.

3.2. Non-Swiss Customers

For customers outside Switzerland (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America), Value Added Tax treatment and customs duties are handled as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property of Rave Painter's Shop Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung until full payment has been received.

• For Prepayment: Dispatch occurs only after receipt of payment.
• For Credit Card and Digital Wallets: Ownership transfers upon successful capture of funds and handover of goods, though we retain the right to reclaim goods if a payment is subsequently charged back or revoked.

5. PAYMENT ISSUES

If you encounter any issues during checkout (for example, a declined card or error messages), please try the following:

• Check that your card is enabled for international and online payments.
• Ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank.
• Try an alternative payment method (for example, Apple Pay).
